Mason Harms Joins Rural Development Partners as Chief Operating Officer
Rural Development Partners (RDP) proudly announces the addition of Mason Harms to the RDP Team. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mason will provide leadership and support in the areas of strategic planning, tax credit compliance, financial reporting, legal liaison, and overall operational excellence. He will play a key role in developing strategies to maximize RDP’s impact in the rural communities it serves.

Mason previously served as Vice President for Business Affairs at Waldorf University. He is a past president and current board member of Forest City Economic Development. He is also the President of Forest City Entertainment and a past president and member of the Forest City Rotary Club. Mason is a lifelong resident of Forest City, Iowa, where he resides with his wife, Kelli, and two school-aged children, Laura and Jack.
